Charlie Radcliff President
Radcliff President, Charlie Radcliff, having worked in the family business from ages 15-21 decided to head to California to attend DeVry University to study Electronics. While at school, his father asked him to rep for the company on the west coast. In doing so, he grew the West Coast business by 300%.

Upon graduation he came back to CT and began running production for the business. His technical expertise combined with his business development knowledge drives the company. Promoted to President in 2001, Charlie treats his customers as friends, and his employees as family.

Ryan CeiGeneral Manager
Ryan Cei joins Radcliff Wire after spending over a decade with Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. of Wallingford, CT, where he most recently served as General Manager of the company’s Shaped Wire division. He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from the University of Delaware and an advanced degree in metallurgical engineering from Clemson University.

He also holds a certificate in Advanced Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a certificate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma quality from Central Connecticut State University. His is a pivotal role and we’re very excited to have him on our team.

Julie Dube has worked at Radcliff Wire for over 25 years. Julie spent nine years in the spring industry prior to joining the company. Her dedication and proven knowledge are major assets to our team.
Keisha MitchellCustomer Service Rep
Prior to joining Radcliff Wire in 2023, Keisha worked in customer service for more than 5 years. She also brings managerial experience to the position. Her experience and dynamic personality have been a welcome addition to our customer service team.


Scott IadarolaQuality Manager
Scott brings to Radcliff a wealth of quality knowledge and experience. Working for a multi-location automotive supplier, he gained experience in PPAP development, failure analysis, cross-functional teamwork, customer problem resolution, supplier management, corrective action, and ISO/QS 9001 quality management.

Scott understands what it takes to maintain customer satisfaction. He is well equipped to uphold and continue Radcliff’s reputation for quality wire, and is ready to discuss and meet your specific quality requirements.
