MATERIALS

Radcliff Wire works with many metals, including the most common of basic steels and nickel alloys, as well as copper-based alloys. For detailed information on specific alloys, view the appropriate family of metals below. Please contact Radcliff Wire for additional information on these metals.

Copper Alloys

At Radcliff wire we offer a range of copper alloy wire, including Phosphor Bronze, Nickel Silver, and Beryllium Copper. We also offer Bronze and Brass Copper alloys, including Jewelry Bronze, Red Brass, and Yellow Brass.

The Chemical Compositions link below provides the properties and specifications for each of the Copper based alloys we provide. It can help you determine whether to go with a Beryllium Copper wire, a Yellow Brass wire or any of the other Copper based alloys.

The Radcliff Wire staff can help you choose a copper-based wire, or any other alloy wire that is best suited for your application.

Stainless Steel

We offer a large selection of Stainless Steel wire. Different types, including 302 Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, 304V Stainless Steel, 17/7 Stainless Steel, A286 Stainless Steel, Nitronic 32 Stainless Steel, Nitronic 50 Stainless Steel, and 430 Stainless Steel are available in all of the different tempers. All exhibit different levels of magnetism, corrosion resistance, hardness, and resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding or stress relieving.

The Chemical Compositions link below shows the various properties and specifications of the grades and types of wire we sell. It can help you decide which type of steel wire is best suited for your application.

We can help you choose the Stainless Steel wire that will deliver the highest performance, reliability, and durability in your product.

Carbon Steels

We offer a wide range of High Carbon Steel wire. Different grades of High Carbon Spring Steel wire include HDMB wire, OTMB wire, Music wire, Chrome Silicon wire, and Chrome Vanadium wire. We also offer annealed Carbon Steel Wire in a number of carbon ranges, such as C1010, C1065, C1075 and C1095. All perform slightly differently with different load tolerances, corrosion resistance, and hardness after welding or stress relieving.
