Radcliff Wire is looking for a full-time customer service rep located in Bristol, CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Fielding and responding to customer quotes both by e-mail and phone.
  • Working with purchasing and quoting of finished materials to potential and existing customers.
  • Familiarizing themselves with specifications and regulations, communicating changes, problems, and details with customers.
  • Working internally with production on deliveries at times as well as understanding manufacturing details of the product.

Who You Are:

  • Background in Customer Service.
  • Some Experience in the metals industry is a plus.
  • Proven time management skills and quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect.
