Radcliff Wire is looking for a full-time customer service rep located in Bristol, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding and responding to customer quotes both by e-mail and phone.
- Working with purchasing and quoting of finished materials to potential and existing customers.
- Familiarizing themselves with specifications and regulations, communicating changes, problems, and details with customers.
- Working internally with production on deliveries at times as well as understanding manufacturing details of the product.
Who You Are:
- Background in Customer Service.
- Some Experience in the metals industry is a plus.
- Proven time management skills and quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect.
