The Quality of Your Product Begins With The Quality of Our Product.
Our Commitment to Quality – To provide quality products, we at Radcliff Wire start with only those raw materials that meet our stringent requirements. After the proper material has been chosen, a manufacturing process is developed that will not only give the customer the shape required, but also the desired mechanical properties.
Quality is something in which everyone at Radcliff Wire is involved, from the person entering the order to the person responsible for shipping the completed product. When you rely on Radcliff, nothing is overlooked in providing world-class quality.
Everyone at Radcliff Wire is proud to have achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification. This is a commitment to quality from all of our employees, starting with management and continuing to the shop floor. This dedication shows in our effort to supply consistent, trouble free material.

REACH Compliance:
To the best of our knowledge ALL materials supplied by Radcliff Wire are inherently compliant with the REACH directive by definition of their chemical composition. Radcliff Wire does not add any non-compliant chemicals to raw material during our processing. So any raw material that is compliant by the definition of its chemical composition, will remain REACH compliant through our shaping operations.
RoHS Compliance:
Radcliff Wire is a make-to-order manufacturer, and RoHS compliance is determined by the materials specified by its customers. Our process does not add any non-compliant chemicals to material which is inherently compliant by its chemical composition. To the best of our knowledge, the only material that we supply which is not compliant is solder coating made from tin and lead.
Conflict Minerals:
Radcliff Wire has identified those products which contain any of these minerals which are necessary to the functionality or production of our products, and has received verification from suppliers of those products, that they do not purchase minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries. Supplier certifications are kept on file and are available if further verification is necessary.
DFARS:
We recognize the need for many customers who can only use DFAR-compliant material. When DFAR compliance is necessary, we ensure that we only purchase material that meets the criteria, from suppliers who can provide the necessary documentation for verification.
